    Package inclusive of:

    • usage of function room from 9.00am - 5.00pm (maximum of 8 hours).
    • two (2) coffee / tea breaks with three (3) types of snacks per break.
    • one (1) meeting buffet / set lunch at The Bungalow.
    • complimentary usage of meeting materials i.e. writing pads, pencils, flipchart and whiteboard with markers.
    • free WIFI internet access.
    • complimentary mineral water & mints during meeting.
    • complimentary usage of PA system and 1 microphone.
    • complimentary usage of 1 LCD projector with screen.

    Terms and Conditions:

    • Nett prices are inclusive of prevailing tax & service charges.
    • A meeting room rental will be levied should the attendance fall below the minimum number guaranteed.
    • Buffet lunch will only be applicable for bookings of a minimum of 40 persons & above.
    • Above meeting offer is not applicable with discounts from any other offers and loyalty programmes.
    • Reservation is subject to function space availability.
    • Lone Pine Hotel reserves the right to amend or terminate this package without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
